The Shenzhen Hong Kong Airport ferry route connects China with Hong Kong. Currently there is just the 1 ferry company operating this ferry service, TurboJet. The crossing operates up to 14 times each day with sailing durations from around 1 hour.
Shenzhen Hong Kong Airport sailing durations and frequency may vary from season to season so we’d advise doing a live check to get the most up to date information.

Hi! Very good video, thank you. It feels counterintuitive to not get my check-in luggage at the airport. So do they just transfer my luggage from the plane to the ferry? How does that work?

Before the line at immigration on the left there are stack of yellow enrty cards. No its not a visa its just enrty card, you have to give your address you're staying in China. Visa you will need before you get on your flight and before you get a visa you need to have flight and hotel booked and show that in your visa form. Depends on your visa but most are 6 months stay. China is closed to most people probably till 2022

Is this works for the opposite as well? I'm planning to go from SZ to Hong Kong Airport using this way. Tickets are way cheaper like that.

Yes just buy ticket for airport from sz port. You can also checking your bags and get your bording pass so no need to wait in line at airport. Everything is sign posted.

@@TheNomadsLens sir I want to ask do u need Hong Kong visa to travel ferry from Guangzhou to Hong Kong , I got mainland Chinese visa, or Hong Kong vis required?

It would depend on your which passport you have. As a UK passport holding I don't need one. Best to check with the embassy. Some passports will require. A chinese passport holder needs a visa to enter HK but a UK don't. its so strange.

Hi I would like to ask about our luggage will be flying into hong kong from manila via Cathay Pacific, we have check in luggage, do we need to get our luggage before proceeding, to Sky pier, or we can go directly to the ferry terminal?

There are lots of new rules you better check. Normaly you give them your luggage tag and they will get it but I have just ome back and they're making people get there own bags.

At the counter. There is always space. Better to book at counter, if you flight is late and your ferry is gone you will have to book again.

You have to quarantine when going to mainland even if you're coming from HK. Don't go yet as they can do lockdownds in SZ without any notice. They had 3 new infections and lockdown everything and made people do test everyday.

This route is unavailable for the foreseeable future It is currently operating in the opposite direction only
