Also, which vitamin did you take and for how many months, and what did you eat these days before the pregnancy? I saw all the names of the vitamins but I need to know which was the specific one that your husband took and of course you too.. Thank you very much for sharing this because you do not know how many people are suffering as you suffered..

As I’m watching this video, you had 2 beautiful baby boys 3 days ago. Hearing you say things like “I hope one day when we do get pregnant and have a baby, all of this was worth it” brings a tear to my eye. Double the joy for all the heartache you went through. As someone who also tried for a while, it does start to become very scary, thank you guys for documenting all your vulnerabilities going through this, you are both very brave! I remember taking those cocktail of vitamins daily. We were told everything was fine with both of us, yet we wasn’t conceiving. It’s so frustrating and heartbreaking and especially when you see people getting pregnant left right and centre. My sister in law said she was pregnant at the time and I remember congratulating her, but had to go to the toilet and just cry afterwards. You’re obviously happy for them, but you’re just wanting to be in their shoes, being the one announcing. You get very good at putting the brave face on, and keeping it private, when you’re mentally dying inside. I know exactly how you both felt each month and you feel your life is on hold the more each month passes by and nothings happening. Just a state of limbo. After 2 1/2 yrs of trying and doing IUI etc we couldn’t believe it had to come to IVF but like I’ve said before, on our 2nd round we had our Daughter ♥️ I kept the faith 🥰 You’ve so much to look forward to now, you will look back at all this, with your babies, and say, did we really go through all that 😊 x

We are going through the same thing and the amount of supplements my husband takes right now is insane. It's basically everything you're taking so seeing that you conceived naturally definitely brings us hope again. We are also praying for twins 🥰 we are close to 2 years of trying 😭

I literally adore you both so much and have so much respect for you both for sharing such emotional yet personal experience with us. Fully relate to you guys as me and my husband have been ttc for 3 years. My redid test was texted to me to say I didn't release an egg and that's it. I also had to wait for a 3 week appointment. I’m sat here wanting to hug fab when he was talking about how much it hurts as a man, can’t even imagine how it must have felt for Ell say there next to him going through your own raw emotions of testing and getting your cycle every month. Totally relate to seeing pregnancy announcements and people saying they caught first time or weren’t trying. This video is so relatable and so informative. Thank you for filming this, it really helps and I’m so happy you are getting your 2 beautiful babies ♥️ me and my husband wanted to try from September last year. But my cycles were so long (sometimes 92 days) and irregular it was just difficult. I’m due on my period tomorrow and have been regular for 3 months and each period has been an odd relief that I’m regular but sad we didn’t catch this time. Sending you both so much love xxx

I just want to say thank you! We are still in the boat of ttc, and everyone we talk to say you’ll get pregnant soon etc. But watching your video and seeing the steps we are taking the crazy vitamins we are pumping, maybe all be worth it in the end. Yes it might not, but actually seeing a step by step as silly as that is. Feeling like you have someone to talk to, because you’ve answered the 100 questions in our heads For this I thank you both from the bottom of my heart ❤️

Thank you for posting this. We have been ttc for our second child for a year and just learned this week that my husband had bad morphology so that gave us a bit of insight and sort of an a answer and why we haven't conceived yet. So you give me hope

Me and my gf have had our offer accepted on a house this week and the next plan is to have a baby soon as we’ve been wanting one for so long. I couldn’t imagine what that was like Fab. As men we would nearly take it out on ourselves if we felt we were the problem to something not going right. So brave of you to speak out about it bro! Congrats to you and Ell! Congrats on the house! Yeah, it's hard to process but you have to put your ego aside and realise that you're not weird and plenty of people have been through the same thing. I think this comment section proves that and I'm happy that people feel comfortable sharing their stories with us!

Oh, I perfectly understand you guys because me and my boyfriend are in the same situation. We been trying to get pregnant for 2.5 years..and nothing..now we start our journey go to the doctors. And it’s takes too long of course..

i lost my 4th child to a miscarriage at 8weeks into my pregnancy. so we chose to take a whole year off from trying to process the loss. now this month we’re back on our TTC journey. i’m praying we get pregnant on if not our first try then our second try.

Salute to you for sharing this. I came upon this video and it made very emotional. It is hard for a man to stay positive after feeling guilt. In my case the test result were good but we still went for IVF. We had one of the rarest anomaly with I’ve having multiple pregnancies(4) and we had to abort. So yea after 7 years and no kids hurts a lot. Now I feel having a kid is a miracle by god. The unexplained abnormalities are a sign to our generation to start following the path of god more and more (punishments and gifts both).

I get the not trying around your birthday I miscarried 4 days before my birthday in 2021 😭 I do find it funny on the same coq10 and conceived twins twice (hoping my second set stick)

My test results came in very similar. Low count and 1% morphology. I work in oil so I'm surrounded by fumes and chemicals for the last 12 years so I'm pretty sure that's why. Started a new supplements regime and hoping for the best. IVF isn't off the table for us if we don't succeed this year.

My husband and I have been ttc for 9 years. We have secondary infertility and even though I have all the signs of ovulation I am not ovulating :( infertility really takes its toll

Hello guys! We just got a bad sperm results, everything is fine except mobility that is very low, at 3% and the normal is at least 32%. Could you please let me know if you Fab had such low mobility. I don't know if the supplements are enough in our case. Our doctor recommended surgery because my husband has varicocel. Thank you for sharing your story! It helped me a lot! ❤

I absolutely understand when you are trying for a child, those two weeks are unbelievable, is it or is it not. You don't drink, don't lift heavy things, don't eat sushi. And genuinely wonder every day has your life changed forever.

Yeah, I remember that exact feeling. The weird thing is, as soon as I accepted that my life may be different for some years and put my all into trusting the process is the month that it happened. I think stress and worry can be a huge factor to not conceiving! Fab

My sperm count is 502 million total count My concentration count is 76 million My motility is 64 % My total progressive is 63% Non progessive is 1% My ph level is 8.3 My morphology is 3% I had a fever 3 months ago and had to take a course of antibiotics could this effect my morphology. dont understand if this is bad and my doctor clealry doesnt seem to care. I am now very worried they never explained the receptionist at my doctors gave the letter its disgusting. My doctors are horrible I will be going back monday to speak to them as nothing is explained.

@@fabandell i think this person means metal toxicity might be contributing to a lower count and low morphology from a teeth filling. Have you checked to see if you have a varicocele in one of your testicles, it’s present in 15% of all males it raises your testicular temperature contributes to lower quality, sometimes getting surgery helps but now always.

Also you give a lot of miss information in this vlog 🙈🙈in actual fact you should not have ‘more sex ‘ to try and get pregnant as sperm needs to replenish…also …the vitamins for ‘egg health’ 🙈…please people educate yourself !! Unlike men and sperm …which is replaced and absorbed back into the body …a womens eggs are there from when the baby is in the womb ! We have a set amount ( different for each female ) and the condition of them can not be ‘improved ‘ …as we grow as women our eggs ,along with our bodies age …and this can cause issues for older mothers ,both in not conceiving and in birth defect of a child …please ,please ,please educate yourself beyond Google and instagram ads !!! This literally is your future…..so do the correct research !!! …and if you don’t understand it …ask and ask again until you do !!! And then spread/broadcast the CORRECT information….
