In which cases does it make sense to support IUI with medication and when with which? I am asking because our doctor said she wasn’t sure if she should or should not support as my cycle tends to be around 24 days. I also have endometriosis and low amh (0.13), does progesterone help here after IUI?

There is a lot to consider here. I would need to look at all your hormones to be able to support you.

Hi Dr Sklar, What are the most important factors in preparing your body for pregnancy at an advanced age (approx 37 years old looking to conceive within the next 1.5-2 years) Should I be supplementing, what are the most important dietary needs? Opinions on Castor Oil packs? Thanks!!

Tara, I have many videos on what you should be focusing on. Some focus on 35 and older and others on 38 and older. you should watch those videos. I will also say that I do not consider you of advanced age. My recommendations for diet and home therapies would vary depending on your labs and hisotry.

Hi there.I have an Amh of 0.20ng/ml,FSH 10.9,estradiol 39pg/ml and LH 12.20mIu/ml.Age 41.Had a beautiful 8month old baby girl through ivf last year(2nd round) with low ovarian reserve but not as low as now.Periods still irregular after having her ranging from 25-34 days.Would it be possible to conceive naturally giving my very low amh or would another round of ivf be our only option ?Conceived naturally once before ivf but ended in miscarriage

Simple! If everything goes well this should do the job. But listen, there's one factor that's usually overlooked that can considerably speed up the process, unfortunately I do not have it at hand, but it can be go’ogled Dobbie Nerkstrol's Infertility Cure, I think.

Hey there, im 36yrs old and my periods have become shorten as well as the flow. I only bleed heavy for 2 days then day 3 becomes pink flow only then day 4 becomes brown spotting then it stops. Is this normal? Couple years ago my period lasted 5 days and blood flow was more. Thanks.

What if you an in ordinary growth that could possibly be cancerous if left un attended can it stop you as a woman to be pregnant n can one continue to have sex as normal before it's been removed ohh n the mouth of my womb is back wards any tips I'm 38
