Show me one remodeler that is a professional that removes the battery 🤣. I’ve done bits, blades, etc changes with batteries in for years. Lock the tool when you change the bit or blade etc.

Ok. I’m a Festool nut. But these tools are for demolishing and nothing else. I can’t be both watch the whole video, can someone summarise it for me and just give one reason why this is different to any other wood butcher version from DeMakartarbowarkie.

Dust extraction is the difference. Then again if you’re demoing dust and debris are expected.

Perfect for what I need - doing a big project with plenty of demo - stay in same battery family and my project is in an occupied home, the dust extraction will help!

Apparently you haven’t seen Tom Silva do a scarf cut with a recip saw. And if you’ve tried the new XGT AVT Makita sawzall then you’ll know why they aren’t all built the same.

I specialize in hospital construction - both new and remodeling/repair work.. We use the Festool Sabre saw with dust extraction to perform remodeling and repair work in order to minimize the amount of visqueen protection and dust cleanup when rough or finish cutting drywall, lath and gypsum plaster, and lath & stucco surfaces. It is NOT just for demo.
