love the dune, keep em coming pal! re capturing nuked territory: I suspect as the village is protected by the existence of rebel base it bugged out. a nuke should clearly kill both the base and village. This is what we call a 'boundry case' in coding - and is often the cause of bugs. worth a bug report if this was the case.
