Upon very close inspection I did find one Viera in there twice. But she had the bent ears, so it's easy to miss.

Hey! Those look like the "Gemmaster's Sandals" from the level 60 Goldsmith crafting set! I'm not sure how they might've put those crafting shoes Machinist though, since they are job-locked! You can find them here: na.finalfantasyxiv.com/lodestone/playguide/db/item/d8d0df84529
