The cut and styling is really good. The problem is the front. It's too high and too tight. It makes it too noticeable. The hair should frame the face and complement it. It shouldn't be the focus. A slightly lower hair style in the front and slightly lose look would make it much more believable. Kind of like how it was being styled and combed in the video right after the cut. However the blending in the back and on the sides look great.
