If you max both his S2 for 30% battery and S3 for 10% battery regen, you can replace Oberon with Waver or Reines.
Similar to Sigurd, he can also double up on the 50% Buster Up buff with 2 Koyanskaya due to its low CD.

@@Min0waman they mean he's part of the permanent pool of servants, not the limited or story locked pool, so you could get spooked by him during your rolls

As i look at his s2, it seems like he can stack all those np up buff Would he do a big number - another buster meme, if you have him with miss crane-oberon-ml black grail? Just my curiosity

if you wait out these 5 turns for all the NP-Ups, he most certainly would have one of the most devastatingly strong NPs there is. But since they are *1 time* 5 turns each, they get used up if you decide to use his NP early. If you manage to get his 2nd Skills extra guts effect as well, which you can easily do with Chen Gong, it would be even more powerful

@@StarforceSF even though the cons is that 1 time effect, plus we have to wait for that buff clock to activate all the np-úp in 5 turns, i think he'd probably be pretty powerful, like, especially in CQ. Like a ticking bomb? For just one shot at those million hp bosses Now that i think about it, he's kinda like Kingprotea with the buff she got recently, right?
