I have that same steering wheel on my 1978 FIAT spider!

Great stuff. Youre driving the snot out of that car. Reminds me of my go carting days. I've got a 124 Sport Coupe as well. Great to see you racing a vintage 124 !

Nice one! Great to see the 124 Sport not only being represented but passing the big boys. Which mode is it? Looks like the CC?

What is the weird strap around your arms and what’s it’s purpose? Can’t say I have ever seen such a device being used in racing before. Good to see a 124 sport in action on the track.

The strap is to replace the window net therefore protecting your arms in case of a rollover keeping it inside the vehicle so it wont get decapitated. So per the rules it is either this or a window net

@@primoracer ok thanks, I understand. As a rule out here in Oz we don’t require either nets or such a strap. Windows are mostly closed. I hope the strap doesn’t restrict movement, that would be my concern, without having used such a device. It looks like you are racing against a great mix of cars from the era. 👍

It is a great mix I love the vintage racing scene here in the USA. We race all the great tracks from the past. This days I retired the Fiat and I race my 67 Alfa GTAM

Once you get use to it (after two or so laps) you forget it is there!

@@primoracer How lucky you are to have both such cool cars to enjoy. By some chance, did you document the build of your GTAM over on the AlfaBB some years ago. I recall the build thread of the GTAM and the same guy had a red BC which he raced. 😁

Damn, couldn’t overtake 924 porcha

First, it is not a 924 but rather a 914. Second, porsche how it is spelled. Finally, it is a 6 cylinder porsche vs. 4 cylinder Fiat you do the Math
