Fiat 500 Twin Air Episode 2 - Front Brakes, Undertray And Snapped Bolts

4 жыл бұрынWhat should have been a straight forward job replacing the front pads and discs turned into a longer than expected job with the disc locating bolts snapping. Also finally got around to getting the engine undertray back on after removing the snapped bolts from over a year ago.

Good vid Andy, your a perfectionist,I felt your pain when those bolts snapped. I now make a habit of putting copper grease on disc locating bolts everytime I do a brake job to avoid this happening.Like you I couldnt live with those not being on the hub !!

Guy Horner thanks Guy! 🤗 seems every bolt I touch on the little 500 wants to snap but it has never been touched until we got it. It’s an easy motor to work on mind. Although I still have the handle to do so my opinion may change 😂 Andy

The ball come out of hoop thing on t4 2.5tdi trying get back in the selector at gearbox end

Phils Panda Hi buddy! Ye they are pretty good! You can get them new for around £2000. There is plenty space to work underneath too 😁👨🏼🔧 Andy
