Fiberglass Repair for Bullet Holes!!!-No Welding

In today’s video I’m using Fiberglass Resin and Fiberglass Cloth as a alternative procedure to repairing a Bullet Hole in the body panels of a vehicle. This method of repair Does Not require the use of welding and can be a great alternative for a DIY guy/gal that may not have access to a welder. The use of Fiberglass resin along with Fiberglass cloth will create a strong durable repair that will last for a long time!

Learning alot from you, until I seen this I would have cut a piece of stainless backing screen, angled it through the hole and held it with a pick hook while putting fiber hair bondo around the edges to harden the screen in place then filled the rest with fiber hair. Keep up the good work and look forward to more videos.

Auto body training solutions has a good video on this, he uses a soldering iron, never would have thought of that technique, but I really like how you explain the mixing ratio of the products you use, my hats off to you sir, for a small job like that I use a plastic shot cup and an acid brush

I used the Bondo brand fiberglass and USC putty for this repair…I appreciate you checking out the video!

UPK just got my badges off with fishing line but I got a eraser wheel from Advance Auto but can't get it yet probably have to get it tommorow it helps get rid of the left over adhesive that is on.

Me personally I don’t remove the adhesive if I plan on putting the lettering back on
