In this video, I explore various ferns in an island jungle, grow and harvest ferns from my garden and cook them into three delicious dishes. I also introduce a method to remove poison from ferns and consume them in a safe way.

We just fry the fern with a little bit of oil,garlic,salt and potato and also sometimes boil it with some tomatoes,a little bit of black sesame seeds powder and salt very simple recipe,show us your place more again it's so so so beautiful and thanks for sharing your recipes🥰🥰
