Cuba stole people's businesses in the revolution. Lots of Americans lost lots of money and property when it was just taken. Their homes over there and businesses and investments were taken. Some of those people owed money to banks for loans for those properties. They were stuck making repayments but their property was gone. Cuba owes those people or their descendants a lot of money.
