are the little circle buttons made out of the hard plastic or rubber? im referring to the side that has five buttons.

everything on it is hard plastic, at first I was a little disappointed because I wanted rubber buttons and a rubber joypad thingy... but this will make the product last much longer. I think it was a better decision in the long run.

The prism has a small little divit in one of the sides that is supposed to be on the one with the steel ball. The steel ball is also supposed to click.

only on the authentic fidget cubes. on fake cubes, [which are complete trash btw] it does not click which is where all fakes went wrong the ball didn't click

For the little silicone kind of a case there is this little divot on on of the sides like a little upside down rainbow really small but that's where the ball side should be. In others words the little divot should be right under the ball

there is a little indent in the prism for it to not get in the ball's way. You've put it on the spin side.

Also for the prism, there is a little divet on one of the edges for the ball, so when you put the divet where the ball is, the ball will flow smoothly

There is a specific way to put on the cube guard, there is a small cut out for where the ball goes.

I think they did the switch thing on purpose because the purpose of a fidgetcube is to click and switch the buttons without noticing it. If it was too hard to switch it you would get distracted. Plus you can rock it back and forth if you put pressure on it.

Did you know you put the Prism on incorrectly? There is one edge that has a tiny curve in it meant for the rolling ball so the edge does not cause interference with the ball. In the video you put that edge with the tiny curve in it on the spinner side (I saw it at 7 min 21 Sec into the video).

You didn't put the prisim case on correctly/ it order for it to work correctly you have to match the small indent in the case with the ball on the cube.

I ordered mine in october from their kickstarter. I just got it the other day (2/25/17). I would assume they have a lot more orders in december because people thought they could get them for christmas... but I have no idea. for now I would say you'd get it around 3-4 months from now. but it could be shorter. good luck! :)

There way to expensive, it's 25$ for 1 cube and then another 25$ for shipping (I live in Australia that's why it's so obscenely expensive).

Yes they are pretty expensive, but let me explain why. Obviously the shipping is a lot because you're in australia, I'm so sorry man. haha But this product is not mass produced, its made by a small company with limited resources. They worked hard over a long period of time to give this the most resilience, and best tactile feel they could. So yes, you could go buy a chinese knockoff, but I think it won't last as long or feel as good to click and fidget with. I hope that helps! good luck! :)
