You can screw that battery handle onto any standard pump sprayer. So you can just buy the battery and put it onto your existing sprayer. I've already tried it on multiple sprayers

Appreciate the video. I have tie 4 gallon battery sprayer and love it but I could use a second one so I don’t have to mix different solutions in the same sprayer

Just a warming it can get a little heavy if you’re carrying it all over your yard. Just depends if a 1 gal is enough or if not then this.

Before charging release the pressure in the tank through the side valve. Then you can change it as a complete unit and not have to disassemble it.

Maybe the handle battery is to keep it drier? Something I learned with the manual pump sprayers is taking some time with light oil and high quality grease, going through the various connectors and putting a touch of grease on them and tightly reattaching and putting a few drops of oil on the pump piston prevents them from seizing up over the winter. I hope your fine looking new sprayer works well for you and is very durable!

The battery charger isn’t on the unit itself.

@@DIYReid sorry, I meant to say, the battery powered pump unit should not be submerged in water. Most sprayers have a recommenced fill line well below the reach of electric pump.

Just mixed some product and it stopped pumping. Fully charged and had for 13 months and never missed a beat. The green light turns on but pump not turning on. Any idea? Bought on Amazon but cant find a way to reach fieldking.

@@DIYReid Took the 4 screws put and pulled handle apart and found the negative wire was disconnected. Resottered it and played hell getting it back together but is now working fine. Happy I fixed but considering the handle doesn't get any kind of abuse that is a quality issue on their end. Wish I could contact them to bring to their QC department. Something minor like this could result into negative reviews on their end. I live this sprayer so far.

I have. They are identical. Both made in the USA by the Fountainhead Group. There are 3 differences: 1) the Scott's comes with a single adjustable plastic nozzle while the Field King comes with a few separate brass ones; 2) The Scott's has a 3 year warranty vs. just 1 year for the Field King; 3) The Field King is priced about $5 more. Given that the Scott's comes with triple the warranty for less money, I think it's the better buy.

@@eddiemarano9998 yes, the Roundup variant is also identical, except the nozzle is black compared to the green Scotts nozzle. It also has a 3 year warranty, likewise making it a better buy than the Field King version.
