White size is the bit you need to screw the bolt on to the strap

Why do so many people take the bumper off and look like they drill a hole? Is it as simple as this, I'm looking to fit this onto my white mk7. Also what colour strap would you say looks best with a white one, I was thinking black.

James Dolman I would defo say black is better with white :) iv seen loads of people say they need to take there bumper off that’s why I I created this video to show everyone you don’t haha

I wish my ST bumper had that tow bolt hole, I have to take the whole bumper off and cut the grille to get the strap through

Unless you can find one second hand on FB or even eBay. Brand new ones from eBay are your best option. £26.20. I paid for mine. Some are charging like £40 so watch out.

@@colinromano in the end i bought an m12 threaded rod and cut it down to 5 inches and it was the perfect bracket for me to mount my tow strap

@@perthcruiser5016 i mean it is right that you tighten it with sonething but you could put a towel on the bolt and then thighten it to not screw 50 dollar😂
