In my Southampton manager career its 2019 and my squad is GK-Szensky-83 RB-Alaba-87 CB-Otamendi-84 CB-Boateng- 88 LB- Gaya-86 CDM-Yacob-81 LM-Neymar-89 CAM-Thiago-89 RM-Payet-85 ST-Austin-83 ST-Ronaldo-94 89 Suarez one the bench :( I made this team with no financial boost or player training!!!

Wassap Gs, for whomever reads the comment section I would like to list all the teams I love managing and the ones that I hated. My first choice to manage is AS Monaco, they give you a hefty 60 million budget to buy young players like kovacic and pogba, and I'd recommend buying lacazette. You can sell a few of their mediocre players for about 10 million or something because they are all aging (29-33 ready to deteriorate) I never manage a PL team because I managed QPR once and they demanded I win the league in the 2nd season I was with them and I won the CL and came 9th in the league and got the sack, it was a pisstake. And in the PL players never really develop properly, for example with monaco I can get borini up to 80 something overall and get him in excellent form and easily sell him for 30 million. Managing in the foriegn leagues are funner, I attempted to manage juventus, little did I know all there squad are about 34 years old. I managed to sell what I didn't need and buy some goodn's but they demanded I win the league and I usually sim and somehow inter pretty much got an unbeaten season. All the signings I get are either for financial gain or to keep, I always buy borini because you can get him for about 4 million (but he usually demands a lot of pay because for some reason he has been upgraded to 'important first team player' and he goes from 75 to 83 in a couple of seasons of good form, can easily be sold for 30 million if in good form. I would recommend buying sando and munir to sell on later as they develop quickly, I recomment kovacic, januzaj, pogba,markovic,laporte,varane,lacazette to keep, buy them and keep them and build a squad around them if you want the best results, and sell players with not so great potential, like munir and sando could easily get to 82 potential or something but they seem to take a while to do so unless you have them in like league 2 and winning every match. So sell them on and splash out on lacazette, you need around 30 milllion to get him but he is quality and if you are playing in the french league it pretty much makes lyon useless as an opponent.

My favorites that ive done 1- Shrewsbury 2- Bournemouth 3-AC milan 4- St Pauli FC 5- Sampodoria 6- West Ham 7- Rangers (starting in english 4th div) 8- Bilbao 9- Marseille 10- I did a super league where I had minimum one team from each leage into one of the english 4th divisions (so I had tier 1 teams in the BPL and lower tier teams from around the world in other leagues and started in DIV 4) I used Aston Villa, Ajax and Nice and they were all fun as....

You can also try from the Bundesliga HSV,Paderborn,VFB Stuttgart,Freiburg and Hertha BSC it's challenging too because they were fighting this year for standing in the league :)

Manchester United are a good team to go as a return to glory with good young players like Wilson and lingard

Everton are great to do a career with good young players Barkley, Lukaku, Stones, Coleman and McCarthy have 80 or higher potential with good players at the club already like Baines and Mirallas and their budget is ok and you can bring in some young players to work with too

Heerenveen is amazing to be, they have young players everywhere and every year they get another big talent but then clubs like Ajax and stuff steal them. Last year they had Ziyech he was amazing and then FC Twente bought him and now we have Sinkgraven and Ajax, Liverpool and Man United are looking to sign him
