Brazilians can do rainbow move only in the shit low level brazilian league. You can not do moves like that in Europe especially in the best leagues like BPL and La Liga. You can see how different Neymar is playing with Barca compare to Santos. Neymar could beat all the opponent's defence in Brazil but he can not do that in La Liga. Yes i agree , neymar mostly concentrates on passing and scoring goals because there are lot to blame him in barca , whereas in santos he was free to do skills and those leagues weren't important too ;)
