As for the 2nd goal. The rule is "it's still in if the ball touches the line from the top/side view". Whether the bottom part of the ball is over the line or not doesn't matter. FIFA even issued an official breakdown of the goal on their twitter account. There you can see a top view footage that shows the ball still barely but clearly touched the line.

As a Spaniard I have deep respect for the Japanese team and even though we lost the match I was glad to see the Japanese rise up and go to the next round instead of Germany. Fantastic performance!! 🇯🇵🇪🇦❤️
