When I watched the debut trailer, I thought it was going to have some dark/creepy kind of concept but maybe a little cutesy as well. Then they explained the whole bugAboo thing on their showcase, and it is really more or less about issues/problems/hardships they overcome. And now there is the MV, which I guess is supposed to be them fighting their "bugAboo's"??? So I am just as confused as to what they were trying to go for here. The song was ok for me. Not great, not terrible. It definitely felt like a debut, which these days is kinda rough considering so many rookie groups have debuted with songs that made them look/sound like veterans. Will just have to see what they do in the future.

Fifi, you might wanna check out Dreamnote's comeback called 'Ghost'. It's very good. Reminds me of Dreamcatcher's and Red Velvet's sound at some point. They're underrated but i think if they debuted this year with the same song, they might get attention like bugAboo. Not a stan of Dreamnote but their latest song is a bop💯

I'm... Not entirely sure the sounds and their voices matched as well as they could have. I felt I was listening to a track in one ear and parallel to that, their voices doing a good job in the other, but not together. Can't explain it. I like the aesthetics, but with that name I was expecting something Halloweeny 🤣
