Ah well, this was a nightmare to shoot. First time trying the black thingy for the background. Sadly I had to stand very close to it and that made everything more difficult (starting the recording and the track and all that without hitting the lights in the process). Also the bangs on this wig are extremely long and heavy and they kept screwing up my eyelashes. Bonus points for anyone who guesses what FF look I tried to pull ... (I tried to shoot with black gloves on but it was basically impossible to do anything with those on..)

BINGO ! I can't pull a Kadaj look because he's way way too pretty (he's like THE character I find attractive). Yazoo is way closer to my physical appearance.

Bringing back the childhood. I remember facing this boss at the age of 10 with only Mario, Bowser and Geno at my insistence. Took me a month but I beat him. Didn’t understand the music for what it was…until I discovered final fantasy shortly after SMRPG. Which was by design. You killed this mix. Excellent work. Also long time no see

Hey ! I never played SMRPG but somehow (decades ago) discovered this boss was thrown in the original and I always loved that ! So once the opportunity arose I had to cover it ! (=ω=)

There is nothing you cannot do! Man, I was so glad Culex is back in 3D! ... Also I'm pretty sure this song is more Mario than Final Fantasy at this point. xD So many people call it Culex's theme first and foremost!

@Mordra The one I've been DYING to hear a cover of the most, and no one has covered it, is "Fight Against Smithy Who Likes to Transform." Its Smithy's 2nd form boss theme. Both Smithy themes are awesome honestly. I could suggest several more if you want, but I don't wanna ask for too much 😅

@@TheMKZero no worries, I'm not familiar with the game (not even with the original hahah) so it's better to do the 2 boss' themes separately (1st for and 2nd form) or do a medley? what do you think? And any other suggestion is more than welcome ! ʕ•ᴥ•ʔ

@@Mordra I'd do them separately, since both songs are so different. 2 songs you could possibly medley are "Welcome to Booster Tower" and "And My Name is Booster." Which would be really cool. The game's soundtrack is amazing and worth listening to, both the original and remake. A few I'd love to hear covers of are "Weapons Factory" and "Barrel Volcano." A lot of the town themes would make for so happy, up-beat metal like "Rose Town" and "Seaside Town," if you wanted to try something a little different. I could go on, the soundtrack is so good!😅
