Jack's an absolute beast, that's what you call a pad workout. The trainer is the 'best of the best' as well you can tell, 10 out of 10 for this video!

Been to six gyms in Thailand so far and this was by far my favorite of them all. Sangmorakot is legit.

Had the pleasure of training at Sangmorakot Gym, really incredible gym! Also been to Samart's, Sinbi, Phuket powerhouse and Sitsongpeenong. All brilliant gyms

Trained in a gym call nor pituk chai in a village in Chiang Mai, they got me through 18 fights, had a great time, lived there 8.5 years.
