if you guys are wondering the specific things they are going over just watch the fights and figure it out. It's actually quite enjoyable to try and actively learn instead of having everything spoon fed.

Body shots and oblique kicks? Vice's fightland video is much better explained in my opinion, they cut to fight footage so you can see how he combines these strikes with other combinations and uses them to create openings or end combinations. Or to just kick the knees off of people you don't want to clinch with :D

@bluwakpa i think its an agreement with jackson and the camera crew. They allow them to see the discussion but certain things that they go over, they dont want to show.

Like chess, keep running fights and moves in your head.
