Note: All your champs need to avoid any masteries that involve turn meter. Specifically: Cycle of Revenge, Rapid Response and Arcane Celerity. Also, your cleanser can NOT have any skills or items that reduce cooldowns. I had a section that mentioned that I cut because it meandered a lot and wasn't ultimately useful to the video, but those 3 masteries will cause all kinds of issues that are hard to detect when troubleshooting the team.
