Who better to learn the basics of boxing than Floyd "The Best Ever" Mayweather? In this video, Professional Boxer and FightCamp investor Floyd Mayweather demonstrates how to box using the hook and jab.
In the FightCamp App, you can learn the fundamentals of boxing through a series of tutorials called the Prospect Path. This path is your entry point into the boxing world. You will be guided step-by-step through the same lessons and boxing drills as someone just starting at a top boxing gym. You will learn how to stand correctly and throw the six punches to the head and the body, and you'll get comfortable putting all of these punches together into combinations.

Boxers are technically mechanically perfect with punching movements...But the exceptional fighter eg Bruce Lee, understands a true fighting expert knows defeating an opponent is about being aware of what your opposition is not...Down to the nano second...The punch destination should not be determined until you are aware that the opponent has lost focus, even for a tenth of a second...Floyd does this naturally but doesn't seem conscious enough of it to actually talk about it. Predator prey psychology. Tyson did this too, all the greats did.

Specificaly when you talks for nothing like manny people in this comment section. If you really enjoy this voices "Uh Uh", you should recorded the audio and listen to this when you go to sleep.
