But Pacquiao’s physical attributes all got better as he moved up in weight. Another point that Paulie was making is when he talked about how fighters have to show new wrinkles in their game as they move up. What he meant is that it’s important to hone and improve your technical skills as you move up because your physical attributes will diminish. When Pacquiao arrived in the States in 2001, his technical skills did improve under the tutelage of Freddie Roach. But once we got to like 2006, Pacquiao technical skills plateau’d. When Pacquiao became a monster in 2009, there were no technical improvements from 2006. The improvements were all physical and his body and head looked different than ever before. This is what made Paulie and other fighters suspicious. When a 30 yr old athlete experiences physical improvements but has no technical improvements, then people will wonder and they have right to do so.

With all these comments I see DEFENDING Pacquiao, I see no one educating nor anyone and intelligently breaking down why Pacquiao DIDN'T cheat!!
