this is a great example what happens when you don't have the support of your family success comes very fast at a young age and some people just don't know how to deal with it but I'm glad he was man enough to admit he needed help a lot of us men don't do that and for people that said it was too soon for him and get married to me it sounds like he's got a solid Woman by his side that actually care for him and is willing to do anything to help them God bless you and brother and may good things still come to you

Been married is the best thing in life there is one more reason to work hard in life however mom was selfish for not showing up to weeding that’s a respectful way to say to your son we don’t trust your judgment although they probably think they are trying to protect him, it happen to me to but believe me you only hurting him for as for Teofimo Sr I can understand why he is the way he is that hard past and soul took hits at so young age but Jesús christ can heel that pain 2 Corinthians 5:17 therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come : The old has gone the new is here. God want to heel you Sr but only getting to know God personally not religiously can help you heel that anger just like he did with apóstol Paul read Acts chapter 9:1-31

Excellent post Juan. I am a Christian. and while I cant admit to knowing the exact scripture passage like you . I was thinking the same thing when Sr said he will always have that anger. Life is way too short. despite the tragedies hes endured. GOD gave him a son . he just needs to read the signs . his son is his salvation. So many times HE gives us signs. too often we miss them. All the glory . fame. money title belts etc et. won't mean a thing for Sr until he finds God .

I had it 6 - 5 w 1 even for Teo. Loma did schidt for rounds 1 - 6 . what an idiot!

AND the arms. one reason Hearns could keep going up in weights was DUE TO his extremely long arms. that w his jab, he could keep bigger guys from pounding on him. Not always of course (Barkeley) but for the most part. I DID think one possibility saturday was IF Teo is actually he monster he's supposed to be, it could end up like Hearns - Duran : a blow out. Teo fought smart, but he's no Hearns. He fought smart, but took NO chances the first 7 rounds. Hearns would have gone after him. Watch Hearns - Benitez for a MASTER class in boxer puncher vs slick counter puncher. hope Teo grows to be another Hearns tho! he's a likable guy. BTW - I've been watching boxing up close for 52 years.
