If it's the local community where and how is it going to get access to funds for developing the right management system and creating the vision of a forest bio-centric economy?

this started off well - nice and clear, and it ended with far too much jargon and far too little plain language. "Reduce fuel loads and fuel continuity" - stop flammable things building up in the forest. "Suppression efforts" - keeping fires small and under control. instead of talking about "ecosystem services" you should say keeping plants and animals alive and in balance. it's just bad communication to use all this abstract jargon, even if it means something to professionals. bio regional full sustainable circular economic feedback blah blah blah. every second word was a buzz word. You should run this past an expert in clear communication before deciding it's finished...
