I wanted to highlight some characters that would be cool to look in another light, regardless of their popularity. Add some of your suggestions in the comments, might have a part 2 coming.

They are good ideas for potential animated adaptations for video games: The Tekken series, focusing on the Mishima Clan, would be an excellent choice for Crunchyroll or Netflix. A Mortal Kombat spinoff featuring the children of the Mortal Kombat characters would be a brilliant move for WB, Max, or Adult Swim. An anime about the origins of M. Bison and Psycho Power would be a smart decision for Capcom if the Street Fighter movie performs well in the box office.
