Primary problem here is definitely ice fissure. I think disabling it in chime, and then making it so you can only place two at a time &giving it somewhat of a cooldown between them. The reactivation is also far too fast and needs to be slowed down. Or perhaps instead of disabling it, limiting it to 1 and slowing down the reactivation. While they're at it a general environment nerf to chime would be good too, like for example adding an invisible roof and simply making you unable to climb certain parts. Disabling warriors respite as well. Another thing they can do is to glacial arc and make it so if it doesn't hit(not parried/dodged/blocked/vented) someone the cd is doubled or is 1/3rd longer (chime only). All that would heavily discourage that playstyle, at least with ice hero blade

Disable glacial arc collision in chime, remove ice fissure collision (he was just healing in the air wtf dude????), disable warriors respite in chime, fix iceberg going through tranquil, add a speed debuff to the player if theyre too far from the enemy, add invisible strutctures to the pillars so players cant climb, remove collision from the trees IF I FORGET ANYTHING FEEL FREE TO ADD IN THE COMMENTS
