New boss is an absolute bastard to run into as a bomb build. The paintings make your pegs dull, but when you kill the paintings, they poison you.

My guess is that's why, I did nothing but bomb builds for ages and didn't learn any of the other mechanics, and it teaches you to bin that off ASAP

@@Florian87 if I'm understanding them correctly, you can get the cheese that makes it so you do 10 DMG x number of reloads and the buckler that makes you immune to damage while reloading. Pair that with getting rid of every single orb and you're invincible -unless you run into the wall boss (and maybe this new one, I haven't fought it yet)

The devs need to make a ball called the "Not Terriball" and it is one damage higher than the average ball in your build lol

Tom skipped a strange brew right at the start, not that it ended up being hugely necessary. I thought I saw a piercing relic too, but Tom never takes piercing relics and then worries about his inability to hit more than one enemy.

In tom's mind, piercing is only on Icircle and Bouldorb. The overwhammer is a dream he desperately wants to believe in but can't actually conceive of taking.

I have found crucible 5 is the sweet spot between challenge and fun. You get the challenge of only having one refresh and crit but that also allows you to go either direction easy with builds. Things are harder so you won't win every round like no crucible but it's not so hard you only win if you get rng hand outs with your build like in higher crucibles

For me it's 7. Specifically because at 8 you get nerfed on economy, which gives you less options for your build.

Hey Tom, this is my first time watching you play Peglin and I am thoroughly entertained. I actually bought Peglin a while back because I saw it on your channel, though I didn't watch the videos at the time. Just a tip in case you didn't know, at 13:14 in the video, both paths lead to the shop, but you throw around the bombs in the middle, but if you detonate all those bombs, you get an extra free chest item! If I don't care about either direction, or you only have a single direction like there, I always try to detonate all those bombs!

Daily reminder that Tom is an amazing person and to thank him for all he has done/will do - Day 1689 OOOOOOO A NEW BOSS, and damn, I am a big fan :D really love her. Both design and the attack, super interested to see where those paintings would go, if there wasn't Passive Damage Tom asking for the Strange Brew, after he skipped it XD, although in the end he really didn't need OOO I like how they have added Vampirism to the bats, rather fun indeed Ok, alot of good shots this episode, who is this Tom imposter Those poor Cubes, didn't stand a chance I am also a very big fan of Fighting the First Boss again event, very fun and gets to show how far you have come

Takes a perk that adds coin when hitting a bomb for his coin build during nav, almost never tries to hit bombs during navigation.

You should try a minimalist build that isn't bad cheese/shield. Try a single orb and see if you can beat the game. I'd say pick any orb, but some will be impossible, and some will be a bit overpowered, but that could be up to you!

I'm starting to feel like this game is unlosable lol. It's pretty much just play however you want, crazy or safe, dumb or smart, and you'll almost for sure still win.

I would love to hear your thoughts after getting all characters to cruciball 16, I have that and while not being the best at games, I sure don't think "unlosable" fits by any means, lol.

I believe Tom's mentioned that he simply doesn't put out runs where he loses too quickly onto KZfaq, so there's definitely survivorship bias there.

No idea why you pick relics that don't mix. Training weight went great with the relic you bought from the store and you went for a weak ballusion relic

Do you not know how muscircle works? It does literally nothing if you crit, which he was doing on every shot.
