My view about 4 hours sleep Positives And Negatives Like jay said 1. You will become master for 10,000 hours for skill learning 2. Definitely success needs some sacrifices 3. There is only 2% rich people for them, it is needed. 4. There is standard 80-20 rule, in that scenario, only 20% people will only succeed. 5. Majority of people are salary based, they just money for expenses and survival, for them, 4 hour sleep is not good. 6. Only start up and business people, for time being 4 hour sleep, is your choice. 7. Definitely money is most important, but ultimate is health. 8.Body needs minimum 7-8 hours sleep is needed, otherwise, we will feel fatigue, lethargic, restless. Our mental health is not good. Even,He is not telling that , 4 hours sleep is sufficient, he suggested power naps. 9. For example ,night duty employees facing lot of health issues, because of less sleep. 10. Choice is ultimately yours and All the best.

And jay bro, a small suggestion to you though I may not as much knowledgable and experienced in life as you, is that better not to exaggerate your content by the way of your delivering style. It’s better if you explain it in a calm and composed way rather than exaggerating it so that people will get it easily.
