Very impressive for a small airline to keep rising and beating out long term rivals Air NZ and Qantas. Fiji Airways joining the One World alliance may bring in more business from the US to the shores of Fiji. Also, Fiji Airways has very competitive airfares compared to other Pacific carriers, for leisure travel, which includes a stopover in Fiji, on the way to the US.

South Africa 🇿🇦 lost a brilliant person to Fiji. Look at Fiji Airway now..they are making billions in revenue.

That's not a nice thing to say. The CEO has stuck with Fiji through thick and thin. He could make more money in a big western economy. He has had to make some difficult decisions that was unpopular in some quarters. Tourism is the lifeblood of Fiji's economy and a healthy Fiji Airways is good news.
