Donna, that’s what I came on here to tell Margreth, but wanted to read through the comments before telling her. It’s a great tip for having a hard surface (the right thickness) inside where you are also needing 90 degree angles.

Love your file box! The extra large whale tail punch tabs work awesome for the closures….and the Velcro is brilliant! One day I will find myself that extra large punch but for now I’m loving my regular size one I finally found of Vaessens. Love your February file folder series too!

Slip a book in there when you are gluing together. Will hold everything straight and then slide it out when you’re done.

Margreth, there is a vitamin called Hair, Skin, and Nails. It will help. Mine got so thin by doing gel nails that I stopped, too.

If you want a colored staple, use magic markers and color the tops of the staples in the row then put them in the stapler. Any color you want! 😊

Try the nail stickers over a base coat to protect your nails whike they regrow, it can be a miserable process. (found next t fake glue-on nails) I've had troubles w my nails splitting & cracking (then i start my Vitamins again) until then stickers help & protect. I wear them like gloves for rough projects.

Margreth, I have found the folders you are using on Amazon. I typed “3 flab file folders” and they came up. I’m not sure if they are the same size or paper weight. I kept looking and found the A4 size too. The quantity is large but the ones I’m going to get are colored and the quantity is smaller. ❤

I don't know if its an age thing. I was born in the 1970's (uk) we did used both metric and imperial measurements at school. As an adult, I still use a mix of the two depending on what im doing, usually metric for most but imperial for sewing/crafting. 😊

Nice project. Why not place a book, box or a big chopping board in the folder, when you glue the flaps. That would help a lot to get the straight corners.
