#2 Chrissy is right, no luxury that she didn't know or miss because she didn't have it. Now being able to go to the U.S. , Hawaii, having college paid for her, having to go back to a rural life would be hard. She has the ambition to be better then her old life. My wife was a teacher, graduated straight A's from college. She worked hard for what she had. Her father was a policeman that was killed on duty when she was age 8. She knew that she wanted out of the PH for a better life. Still, you can not take the PH out of the people which is why we go back each year.

I DO NOT swim, so I walked out in clear water like Dale is in and sat down. The sun burnt me through the water and the next morning I could not get out of bed. Worst sun burn ever. I believe in stand up swimming in the shower.

Genuine question... Whats the deal with pirates? ive always wanted to go there and travel around the islands, the only thing that puts me off is ive heard there are still pirates there that will kidnapp and hold you to ransom?? Im the same age as you and 6ft3 from the UK, so im not worried about a scuffle with people, but i am bothered about the hassle of getting kidnapped, just one massive hassle i could do with out 😆. I always go to thailand to travel around as ive never had any issues or heard of any issues there before.
