Mama Olga is cooking at her best. But Mama Olga after you cook don't wash the utensils that you use get a rest for awhile. September is fast approaching hoping all is well when you travel here so just enjoy life in Russia and relax.

Mama , Olga… you need to take a rest after cooking because you’re not young anymore and you need to watch out gif your blood pressure if you’re too tired … it’s not good for you yo continue working . Maybe you can leave the washing of dishes to other member of your family . Just caring for your health that’s all . Love seeing you cook !

Andrei, including a pandesal bun and rice to pair with your adobo is a good idea. Russians are bread eaters so this gives them 2 choices on how to consume adobo. And, pandesal is perfect with adobo. And as Lisa bakes these, it becomes double perfection! Or you can actually stuff adobo pieces in the pandesal and sell them as snacks for children who go to school. Pork adobo is perfect for this...Mama Olga can make these school or office snacks and pack it in a box...vegetable pieces like lettuce, tomato, and carrot sticks, for example I am excited watching you vlog your new business! I pray it flourishes. And naturally, delivering these on your bike gives you your daily exercise!

My tamad way of cooking adobo especially pork is to combine lahat from the beginning. Pork, soy sauce, vinegar, Laurel leaves, oyster sauce, konting water, konting asin, konting sugar, pepper corns, black pepper powder. Mix or marinate for few minutes. Then cook for at least 30 mins, low medium heat lang para di masunog. Halo lang. paminsan minsan. Umaabot minsan 45 minutes kase matagal lumambot yung pork. 😊

I'm so. happy for you guys that you explore every possible way to promote Philippines culinary cooking and starting from scratch on your business endeavor doing home cooked foods. Mama is so enthusiastic in doing what she can with her expertise in her cooking. I saw Sister Lisa's vlog, and she absolutely create valuable quotes and expressions that comes from the heart, it will inspire people to read them. Cousin Olya can be the Russian chef that was not discovered in the past, I hope that I can visit your country, particularly in your location so maybe by then, you have established a wonderful restaurant. Hi Andrey suggestion, saute (stir fry) the garlic and onion first and add on the seared chicken afterwards, add vinegar, pepper, little salt, fried potatoes and water. let it cook and once water is almost gone, add soy sauce last. Спасибо и удачи
@bethserranАй бұрын
Andrey, very impressive how you can hold the camera and ride the bicycle to your clients. Also, suggest to your Mom to add chicken thighs beside drumsticks only. Also, watch more Filipino cooking techniques on KZfaq. It does not hurt to add more cooking challenges to your everyday dishes. I noticed Mom are cutting the potatoes in bigger chunks. Good job!!! Try frying the potatoes first and brown it, then add it at the end. Did your Mom marinate the chicken with soy sauce and garlic overnight in the fridge? Just try it! The main ingredients in the adobo is lots of garlic, soy sauce and VINEGAR. Add a little of water only.

Hi, from the Philippines and a follower of your vlog…and a grandma who loves to cook. Like the other comments, try sautéing first garlic , ginger, and onions then add the chicken. Only when the chicken turns brownish will you add your other ingredients like vinegar, soy sauce etc. The ginger is one important ingredient to improve the aroma. This is just a suggestion. Personally, I add peeled boiled eggs, preferably quail eggs once the adobo is almost done. Thank you again for loving and introducing Filipino food. My prayers for your successful endeavour. Your family is Great👏👏👏❤️💖

And, better to do it as a simple delivery for now while getting more people know how your cooking will satisfy their tastebuds from the foods you sell. Soon as you learn more, then you can make it a larger “carinderia” somewhere in your house, build a bigger kitchen to prepare more foods to cook and sell!! Is’nt that amazing God bless your business, Andrei!!🙏👍🇵🇭🫶🏻🇷🇺

Hello, it is good to have hot pandesal with kaldereta and maybe cook beef of pork mechado. "Mechado" is much easier to prepare and cook.
@NeoKrypton21Ай бұрын
I told you. sooner or later you would put up a small eatery there as well, together with the small bakery which has already been tried and started. Hehe. But, Mom Olga would already need a helper cook there if that is going to be really started as a business. Even a small eatery is taxing and can be stressful, especially if the cook is just alone.
@mannyhebron8690Ай бұрын
You can also eat the adobo with fried rice or pandesal.
@Mumoff-lineАй бұрын
It should be much easier if you use a deeper saucepan.
@talacorgiАй бұрын
Hi Andrei. Try cooking the adobo without frying the chicken first. To make the chicken more flavorful, just simply combine lots of garlic, pepper corn, laurel leaves, soy sauce, vinegar and a bit of sugar (not too much), some water, and the chicken with pork ribs all together. All at the same time in a pot. Then cook over low fire. You can make a big batch. Adobo is more delicious if it is soaked in the ingredients longer (like during the slow boil). Adobo taste even better after a day or two in the fridge. Sometimes, I add coconut milk (small amount) to the mix for a more exotic taste. But most of the time I just cook without the coconut milk. Both are so delicious.

My Mama always put potato in her adobo. Funny how Mama Olga put the rice in a plastic bag just like in carinderia. Great video!
