Andrey, next time you go to Jollibee tell your mom to dip the chickenjoy in the gravy that goes with it. She'll like it even more. And i know it's fatty but please let your mom taste a little bit of lechon. Just make sure it's the real lechon and not just lechon kawali.

Mama Olga will sure have a lot of fond and beautiful memories of the Philippines. She sure enjoyed most of the food and places she visited, especially the beach. May be you and Mama Olga can come once a year and stay for 3 months or so (all you need is renew your visa to stay longer than the visa stay that is granted you). I love seeing your Mom eating and enjoying the food, and I know she likes the food when she starts "moving her head left to right"! Suggestion: When you go to the mall to look for Mom's dress, you should ask one of the salesclerks if they something in "her size" and they can tell you whether they have them or not or the salesclerk can direct you to the section for "large" sizes (instead keeping on walking around and around looking for it). I know for a fact that the stores carry and sell "large" sizes because there are lot of Americans/Europeans who were able to buy clothes in "large/extra-large" size in the Philippines.
