I remember moving to a foreign country 16years ago at Hindi ako marunong magluto, i didnt know how to feed myself!!I started youtubing and your very humble and simplistic approach has helped me as I developed my love for cooking. Sobrang dali ifollow ng instructions mo. I get very easily startled specially when I was new at cooking--when I cant find some ingredient and very helpful kapag youre very calm and would say, if you cant find this ingredient, thats fine as long as you have this and this.. sobrang favourite kita! My Caldereta uses pickles and raisins also with the liver spread and cheese bell peppers.Carrots and potato also fried before saute the garlic and onions and beef. Love your version but maybe not everybody can afford the red wine and not all may like thyme in Caldereta. Olives are also for some not affordable and not everybody may like the taste but here in Dubai. British and Arabs love it❤️More power keep on posting exciting recipes❤️🇵🇭🇵🇭🇵🇭

This is the calderetta i like best..others add peanut butter,boiled eggs coconut milk,to get the calderetta creamy I stick to the traditional ingredients as above,,Wine is optional as well,adding a cola drink also is suggested for the salty ,sweet tase ,
