Now I will say that I know almost nothing about how this game works, but I have a few questions. Is this game really just touch-of-death combos? If not, how are you expected to escape being juggled, and why can't anyone seem to do it? And doesn't this Phoenix character do just a little too much damage?

F Champ is the ideal heel; he can win in dramatic fashion with "low blows" and will yell in your face all day, but he'll also lose in dramatic fashion and put the faces over with the crowd. Folks who despise him and give extra props to KBR kind of prove that point; KBR's a beast, but after Champ did this shit, you REALLY wanted to see him get revenge, and as EVO champ you knew he could. And lets be honest; who really gets hurt here? It's still just a game, and the people involved know that the drama is mostly fabricated. It's all in good fun.

F.champ should've gotten disqualified after touching / slapping KBR. One thing is "trash talk" (which shouldn't be allowed during pro play) and another different messing up with somebody else body. He can ignore the trash talk with in game audio but physically distracting your opponent is low (what annoys me the most is that he did it knowing that KBR would do nothing, typical bully attitude, I hope karma hits him back)
