Great video! One thing that you could have done instead of buying 60 gallons of windshield washer fluid is buy the windshield washer fluid tabs. They come individually wrapped and sealed like a piece of candy and you just drop one into a gallon of water. You can buy 60 of them for like $10 online. Not sure if they can work at -25° or not but I use them for our cars here in Florida as it never gets that cold here.

You sure done gots your toys!! Haha. It’s fun having a few classics around. We ran R4s when they became more readily available on a lot of our yard tractors, currently I have a 4052M with a cab on it that has heat and Air Conditioning, living in Southern Alberta now even makes the cab nice. I am keeping it for snow clearing. The current place is set up such that I don’t even need a 100 garden tractor now!!. I had not heard of filling tires with washer fluid until a few US channels showed it. We used Calcium Chloride or heavy water from the oil fields. Don’t get it on your leather boots or gloves though or they will be 4 sizes smaller the next day!! I occasionally had some pretty curly toed boots when I helped at the tire shop in spring & fall if they needed as the product dries leather up to the consistency of steel!!! Heh heh. Unfortunately I would order tires and be darned if they didn’t show up at the shop and I had to put them on myself!!! Hahaha. Sucks when you own the place too,,,,, but man my prices were way better for me back then!! Haha. For a while even, there would still be the occasional farm tractor that had tires full of graphite powder. Horrible crap to deal with. We use the calcium chloride for the same reasons (Ballast) but we can be working as cold as -45C plus wind chill. It doesn’t get there often, but we see 40 below C which is the same as 40 below F often enough. At the coldest temperatures the Heavy water especially can get pretty slushy. You don’t want to run in road gear when they are like that! Start hopping away! You will probably see the occasional damage from the R4s on the grass if it’s really wet, but that depends on your soil as well. Don’t use the brakes to turn,,,,, not if you don’t have to. I suspect Turf tires would even cause damage then. They will be much better on your other farm land. Much better. I don’t find that they are the greatest in really muddy conditions. Your farm land loooked like it was some very good draining land so no problem there! I look forward to hear what you think of them!

Your ground is probably more firm than ours in the edge of the MS Delta. To use ag tires on our yards, the ground has to be about bone dry to prevent ruts. The fluid filled tires are great for ag use and loading. I'll be very interested to see how this plays out.

Going to be expensive flats in the future aren't they? Seems wheel weights would accomplish the additional weight goal with less fuss? You would also be able to add quite a bit more if that were desirable.

You really didnt have to build that manifold. Just use the pump and hook to that valve you can release the air from that air purge on the valve.

I was thinking, with the cost of all the wiper fluid, could you have used RV antifreeze mixed with water and still get the Neg 25 rating. But use more water for less expense? I could be wrong.

Don't know if its true, I was told my tractors valve stems need to be on the inside to prevent them from snagging and getting ripped off the wheel. Also, my tire guy told me to rotate the valve stem to a 2:o'clock position and fill with a hose and the adapter. it doesn't freeze here though.
