In this video we go through the film breakdown of BJ Green, one of the top ranked Edge (pass rusher) Transfers in the Transfer Portal. You will really be able to see the difference between what the average football fan sees versus what a player/coach sees when they watch film. BJ Green is a talented pass rusher but he has some bad habits and issues with consistent effort. These type of plays don't go unnoticed by coaches and players and need to be corrected if he will be able to contribute for Colorado with the winning culture that Coach Prime is building in Boulder, Colorado. Salute to you guys for not posting a click bait type title. We are questioning CU talent evaluation skills ? Or BJ Green is Overrated ? It also shows you guys are not CU can do no wrong. I am sure this will get to BJ and its on him to prove you wrong. I do agree for the most part tape dont lie but there are exceptions. Let's say for example BJ checked out mentally. ANyways he is on notice. It would be dope as your channel continue to grows if the players will come on and explain what they are seeing or react to what you post

TCal you are so right about everything you said on this video. They need to cut BJ green now and make room for a real player. I played quarterback and cornerback in football. They gave me the MVP trophy at the end of season banquet, but I gave it back to the coach in front of everyone because I was the only one who gave 100% during the season. I didn’t want to be reminded of being a loser. The team lost every game. You’re so right when you say winners win and losers, lose. Keep up the good work and I really enjoy your channel.

Great film breakdown. I don’t believe the young man was ever held accountable. It will be an issue at CU if the young man don’t change. NFL scouts break down film just like this and I’m certain they are saying the same. It will be VERY difficult for the young man to change the narrative. However, he has one yr to do it.

This was a great breakdown of the film. I think BJ will put in more effort & play better at CU. Mainly b/c I think CP knows how to coach him & get in his head. I think he also is fully aware that CP plays no games so if he doesn't step up, then he will not be starting. I'm sure they had a talk about it all & BJ must have promised that he up for the challenge. He's very smart, an engineering major. Hopefully he comes to CU with a different mindset & focus. If not he will simply get a sideline view of the game while the other players handle biz.

On that second play I need my Edge to be a bully and a bulldozer! I feel he should have put to hands to break up that TE, the. Disengage and set the edge and drive the block back. If he would have done that, he would have disrupted the RB out the back field. So either that play doesn't happen or the QB "Lob city" the ball to the RB which makes it easier for B.J. to stop him.....

Everything I see so far is that B.J. starts off low and ends up high inside the Olineman doing a slow dance. One thing my Coach always said, "Low man wins". Anytime a O-lineman got you in between your numbers you are done. Then you have to do a move to disengage but by that time, 9.9 times out of 10 the play is done. Football is a game of inches that happens in seconds. It just looks he is not that technically sound. He is Ford F150 and not Hellcat Charger.....

I noticed the sleeve he’s wearing on his right leg-I think he may be injured. He’s too good an athlete and Dillingham is too good a coach for this to be consistently happening. My sense, BJ was playing with injury…. Love your work 💪🏽✊🏽

@BuffedInPrime I'm looking for you to show favorites. Some of the stuff is not reality of the position it self. Having a motor is one thing but chasing down all plays even when it's away from you is unheard of from a Defensive Lineman fighting doubles and trying to win a one on one. I watch film as well, not highlights. Also factor in snaps, so far Sam has been a situational rusher. It makes a different.

CT I know you a super fan but take the Colorado Sunshine and Rainbow glasses off and stop cappin for this dude. Based off the film and not a bunch of baseless rumors BJ Green ain’t it. Motor and relentless can not be teached. Walking on the field while the play is still going un acceptable. This is clear proof the 247 rankings are completely inaccurate. CT is the perspective of your everyday football fan, most football fans don’t understand the concept of Loafs and how those are viewed from inside a locker room etc. and agreed, ranking etc mean nothing!! Show me the film!! Appreciate the support!

I’m tired of the Colorado/prime fanbase looking through that same gassed up lens about players everyday just because they commited to Colorado. I want the culture of the fans to change just like real football fans want the culture of the players to change on the field. Y’all just started and already one of the top CU channels hands down. @@HartofSports BJ Green is taught to play with effort not to loaf around, and chooses not too. CT learns more about the game everytime we do a segment, everyday fans don’t have the knowledge that coaches and former players do. That’s the premise of this channel is seeing the two meshed together

This is just a hypothetical! Is it possible that he has improved since then, because of the competition that he is competing against. Maybe he realizes now that he needs to step up in order too get some playing time. With coach Sapp coming, do you think that he can bring out the dog in him. 🤔. If not, I don't think he will see much playing time anyway. I'm just saying! 😮
