Shin and Legendary Ghidorah look magnificent as modern renditions but Anime Ghidorah really caught me off-guard. It's easily one of the most interesting concepts I've seen for Ghidorah.

@@jjohnson6382 yeah its the face and tail that makes it scary...plus the details...its like it's living hard gold rock creature flying around. I was hoping for more uniqueness. Like when everyone sees Shin Godzilla we're all like "... the hell is that thing!" When you look at this Shin Ghidorah it looks like every other Ghidorah. I hope this Shin Ghidorah has an evolution at least.

For those of you wondering, GMK Ghidorah isn't an actual King Ghidorah. In the film, he's stated to be a juvenile Yamata No Orochi which was an eight-headed dragon in ancient times. Ghidorah along with Mothra (in a book seen in the film, she is portrayed as having the tail of a phoenix) and Baragon were slain by ancient warriors who then layed the souls of the three beasts to rest, praying for them to one day defend Japan in its time of need. Ghidorah in the film had only rested long enough to grow back three heads, Takeda (a character who assists the main character Yuri in learning more about the Guardian Monsters) states that if Ghidorah had regrown all eight heads that he was basically invincible and unstoppable. Ghidorah was one of three Guardian Monsters with Baragon and Mothra being the other two Guardian Monsters. Comment made: 6:15 PM Wednesday, February 15 2023

GMK Ghidorah is a real King Ghidorah, your statement would also claim that Godzilla Earth and Ultima aren't real Godzillas as well because they're not ancient lizards. They're just different incarnations of the same character with a different background/origin.

@DragonlordTevin Should've used Shin as an analogy and not Ultima or Earth. Take what I said about GMK Ghidorah with a grain of salt. It may not make sense, but when you read up on the production of GMK and the history of it, you'll understand what I mean. Ghidorah has been many things: A cosmic terror who destroyed a planet for fun, a threat created from the bomb that created Godzilla created by people from the future, a cyborg created to save Japan from Godzilla, an ancient creature who was awakened to destroy the planet, a cosmic threat who wiped out the dinosaurs, a guardian monster who’s duty was to protect the country, an alien races last line of attack against Godzilla, an inter dimensional monster who can bend a dimension's rules at his will, and a titan who’s goal was to terraform the planet to his liking. He truly is “the one who is many.” Still one of my favorite kaiju besides Godzilla.

For those who don’t know, the “Shin” Ghidorah is an incarnation that appeared in the Godzilla x Evangelion 4D Ride at Universal Studios Japan. It was more or less a crossover promotion for the director of both Shin and EVA.

1:31 Showa King Ghidorah is actually 100 meters, but the scale of the actuall suit if compare to showa Goji its 65 meters. All official sources say Showa Ghidorah's Height of 100 meters

5:05 lol a year late but DAAAAMN BIG props to you animator! Lol for anyone who didn't know, they (animator) even included the stuttering on the middle Kaiser Ghidorah head when he's about to roar. This was present in the actual Final Wars scene and that's why I've already loved this video twice as a did before hitting Play

The way Final Wars Godzilla and Monster X looked at each other gave me chills and I just got reminded of my childhood AND THEN Kezier Ghidorah came and brang joy. My life is complete

It was weird that Kaiser Ghidorah was shown to be Quadrapedal in Godzilla Final Wars which was a first for the character aside from DesGhidorah as King Ghidorah was always shown to be bipedal.

Legendary Ghidorah is by far my favourite design for the Titan. He looks like a legit "Realistic" dragon with proportionate wing to body ratio. The older ones are still great don't get me wrong but Legendary Ghidorah hits different for me

As a lifelong Godzilla fan who has seen all of the movies, I appreciate that this video showed off how Godzilla and Ghidorah’s designs have changed over time but are awesome in their respective ways. My personal favorites are the Heisei and Final Wars designs. On the other hand, I’m not as fond of the Showa and Anime designs at face value but I can respect their creativity.
