I find it interesting how the concept of hibernation capsules never addresses biological processes. Nobody gets older, hair doesn't grow, fingernails stay trimmed, etc. yet they introduce the idea they are able to dream and have nightmares. How do they gain sustenance, pee, poo? Its as if everything gets halted except the brain. A cryogenic freeze process would be required, and an equally impossible regeneration process would have to happen. You just cant sedate someone for 100's+ of years without a multitude of biological processes happening.

So this entire premise doesn't work how many genius level intellects do we honestly have across the entire human race? Hell we likely haven't had enough geniuses throughout all of human history to be frozen and to rebuild a desolated Earth. For starters whos going to do the manual labor and basic tasks these geniuses absolutely wouldn't have time to do while learning their new world and how to rebuild it after an extinction event.
