Vi hoje pela primeira vez. Lembro de anunciar na Sessão da Tarde nos anos 1980, mas não assisti. Um belo filme. Amo felinos.

This same area, Arches National Park, with these rock formations have been in the background of so many movies. I was privileged to visit there with my husband and daughter a few years ago. It is so beautiful!

I remember seeing this when I was about 4 years old (I think it was also the intro film before "Herbie rides again" here in New Zealand!) After the scene where Seeta's mate died my Mum had to take me out of the movie theatre because I got so upset and cried so loudly! ...thanks to this link I finally got to see the rest of the movie today (still cried!) Nobody does heartbreaking animal films quite like Disney!

Oh my god, I vividly remember seeing this as an intro to another film too, here in England. Like you, I was also so upset that I was crying my eyes out too and couldn't stop crying!

This movie was hard to watch as a kid, it made me cry, because of the hunting. As an adult its still hard to watch for the same reason. I love seeing Utah and the arches and I love the sweet sheep herder

nice movie, this is the most difficult real animal movie for disney to make, because unlike dog, bear or even wolf, any big cat is hardly to be tamed, that's why these days, there is no more such movies.

This is so moving! That's right. People shouldn't just shut animals into cages. How can they be beautiful anymore without the wild in freedom?

Some places would play films on a continuous loop so you could come in well after it started and still watch the entire thing and then some.

If you've watched the Wonderful World of Disney on Sunday nights like I did, then you know that's where Tinkerbell flying over the castle came from. Not necessarily used in theatrical released movies. As their intro has morphed, our brains fill in the blanks-- now when we see the little spark drawing a line over the castle, we interpret it as Tink. As for Lindbergh, I saw a documentary that the baby was found dead & the murderer was convicted. However, it was generally not accepted as the truth-- a lot of people believe the baby was not definitely the Lindbergh baby and it was all a cover-up, which is why the belief has persisted that the baby was never found. It discussed other possible conspiracies related to the kidnapping. We tend to remember the popular narrative, and not the actual events. The brain is interesting and likes to take shortcuts. But many of these don't count as a mandela effect-- just because a large segment of the population is unaware of something (like upside down trees), it doesn't count as the phenomena.

It's called La Jesuita, from Mexico.
