I have been using this setup since over 2 years now, the only difference now is that I upgraded my sides cameras for 2 Gopro Hero 7 Black instead of 2 Hero 4 Silver that didn’t had the stabilization in them . Yes I am hook up since I was about 16 years old ...that’s quite a long time ! 😂😂😂 This set up will be used on our next road trip in August, we are heading to Gaspésie région in Québec provinces . I used to use almost the same setup since 2 years except for the Hero 7 Black I was using 2 Hero 4 Silver which didn’t have no stabilization. So we are quite excited to leave ...🤪 You know what ? ... We also have another one coming soon...Gaspésie région in Quebec, but it will take a while before uploading, I haven’t even finished our 84 days trip yet ! 😜 We are fine and we’re having some sushi’s 🍣 tonight instead of yesterday for our anniversary! 😋 Hope your doing fine also and having a great time ! Hiya, thanks for sharing this. I have the GoPro remote too but had so many issues with connecting the GoPros up to it eventually I gave up. I have now dug it back out and will be taking it out for a test later 👍🏻👍🏻

Hélène & Serge yes, I got it out, charged it up and tested it all morning. I have 3 GoPro’s so I sat them down and connected them up, at 1st they played ball but it wasn’t long before they started to play up, 1st all 3 would power on but only 2 would operate and then I couldn’t switch one off, and then it was another one that wouldn’t power on, it was just to unreliable and certainly you couldn’t drive like it, then I became aware that if you leave them switched on they became much more reliable. I could hit record time after time after time and they would do just that. Only once did it fail. So, if I am going to do this I will have to instal some power to various points in the car, I am sure that won’t be too difficult 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

hvee4 I always leave the power on , having the power always connected to the power outlet I can used it for hours and at the same time I use the power cord as a safety in case the suction cup come of ! Good luck ! H&S 👩❤️👨🌈🇨🇦

Je filme comme ça depuis plus de 2 ans , mais cette année j’ai changé mes 2 Gopro Hero 4 Silver contre 2 Hero Black à cause de la stabilisation que je n’avais pas avec les hero 4 . Nous partons bientôt pour la Gaspésie et aussi la région de Québec pour un road trip de 3 semaines qui avait été prévue et planifié avant le Covid soit le 12 mars ...mais nous devions aussi aller au Nouveau Brunswick et la Nouvelle Écosse pour une totale de plus d’un mois mais nous avons dû annulé à cause de ne pas pouvoir entré. Alors j’ai bien hâte de pourvoir essayer les nouvelles caméras ! Bonne semaine et j’espère que vous aller pouvoir partir avec votre voilier comme prévu! 🤞 H&S 👩❤️👨🌈

La seul différence maintenant est que je vais utiliser 2 Hero 7 Black sur les côtés au lieu de mes vieilles Hero 4 Silver qui n’avait pas de stabilisation. Bonne semaine ! H&S 👩❤️👨🌈🇨🇦
