fun fact: Each member has a different story and struggle in the storyline, but Rm’s struggle is that he’s basically poor, living in a shipping container, which is why you see them in or around the shipping containers a lot. To make ends meet, he works at a gas station, which is why in the previous Mvs you see him at a gas station so much.

Remember that V climbed up to the high pole at the beach and jump as a butterfly? Yeah, this starts from that point, V jumped into the ocean, and stare back to someone.

I'm happy I found your channel. You have good vibes, a genuine interest in the boys, and I love people who actually know what they are talking about react to different aspects of BTS (ex: you reacting to mvs, vocal coaches reacting to them singing, choreographers reacting to them dancing, etc.) It makes me appreciate all of these different aspects of the band more and I get to learn stuff about filmmaking (in this specific case) that I wouldn't know about or have reason to look up otherwise. But I always like to learn new things. Thank you for sharing your knowledge and experience 💜

2:50 - actually jin has a degree from konkuk uni for acting !! it’s insane, every member (other than jin, since he was in uni before being casted) has enrolled in post secondary school and a couple have gotten their degrees already :) edit: the main point of this comment was to note that they enrolled after they got famous lolol my mind is elsewhere right now

@@LoveTheBasics 6 of the members have graduated from University (working on it while they were already in BTS). Junkook is still working on his degree. Suga, J-hope, Jimin and V are working on their MBA in Advertising and Media. RM and Jin are also in graduate school, but it's unclear to me what degree they are pursuing. I honestly wonder where they find the time.

fun fact: Taehyung (or V, the one who had scenes underwater) can actually hold his breath for a while, great coincidence haha. In one of their run episodes he held his breath for like 1 min and 30 seconds or something

it's okay to analyze it from a filmmaker's perspective, cuz that's what we're here for!! Understanding the whole thing thorougly is hard because it involves so many clues, clues, and clues from everywhere. And after you've watched everything everyone else's been recommending, if you're still interested, you could watch the whole explanation about the universe later! The other continuation and clues are not all in their music videos, some are in their books, game app (which is BTS Universe Story), in a manga/comic app (in Webtoon titled "Save Me) etc. The team behind them is so creative and mind blowing ☺️💜

V (Taehyung) actually acted in a K-drama called Hwarang in 2016. V is the first member of bts to appear in a Drama and he is the only member from BTS to make a acting debut

they made V do the water scenes a lot bc he has very very strong lungs.. in a Run BTS episode he stayed underwater for almost two minutes while holding his breathe, i think it’s impressive

I also noticed something that you might find interesting,,, So every single character has their own "tragedy" of sorts. Yoongi with the fire, Jimin with the bath, etc. And when you're watching the videos, you can notice something really cool. When they're together, you can still see that they have those same impulses. For example, when they were sitting around the fire and Yoongi was flicking his lighter. But when they're with each other, they are able to help them get through that. In that situation, Jungkook blew out the fire. Or, in another scene, you can see Jungkook walking along a ledge over the ocean (you'll see that particular tragedy when you watch Euphoria), and he only gets down when the others run up to him. You see this constantly throughout the videos and I think it's a really nice thing that they added in.

the older the MV, the less "expensive" the film crew will be, since BTS's company basically grew up with the band. As BTS grows, so does the company

MMA AWARDS 2019 will always be iconic...visually stunning with one of a kind performances. starting at 19 minutes is Dionysus which is highlight of the entire night. It is long but so worth it!

As a casual photography and film nerd I love hearing you talk about the equipment, how it works, what it's for, filming methods and all the other film technical stuff. Also as a recent BTS fan the BTS Universe content and storyline is pretty daunting so I'm really enjoying watching it alongside you and hearing your take on it. If you're still enjoying reacting to and analyzing the BTS Universe I'm here for it but don’t feel like you need to force it ^^

In one of their tiny behind the scenes clips, as V is walking away from the tank after he was wrapped, he asks if someone can take the hammer out of his pocket. Just the thought of being weighed down while in street clothes in water gives me the heebie-jeebies.

In Fake Love, it is the reason why jimin is associated with water and suga with fire. Other members also have their own things that represents them which is related to BU.

I think you could react "save me" and "fire" after reacting to the epilogue, because they're not from the bu universe, but I think you'll be impressed with the sketch shooting of these mvs

i love hearing your genuine first reactions and interpretations to the mvs,, and i think thats one of the joys of not knowing the full storyline either. no pressure to you to learn the storylines too,, i honestly just love hearing commentaries about the mv's cinematography and its possible meaning, theories on how it was filmed,, etc. 💜💜

I am happy that you got the pairs and the timewarp😍 Like you mentioned, Jimin is related to 'water'. It also appears in the Fake Love. Other members each has the symbolizing source, too. I'm sure that you could find them easily after you recognize. The next storyline video is I NEED U Japanese version. Though you watched the original version, the Japanese mv is quite different from it and contains some more clues too. (The black background part of the Run shooting sketch appears in Run Japanese ver!)

In terms of pairings, the standard is J-hope+Jimin, Suga+Jungkook, RM+V, and Jin alone, but V has a close connection with Jin in the story which alludes to how the pairs get mixed later on. So great to note the pairs, but be sure to note how they change, too.

Thank you for the reaction today as well, I enjoyed watching it! Also, yeah don't get pressured about learning their names, trust me it will come naturally without you even realizing you've got all their names and faces down 😂 and although you've figured some of the biggest parts of the storyline (eg. jin time travelling), I still think the explanation of the storyline will blow your mind because it's everything you never expected! I'm excited for u to get to all of them!!

In the storyline : Namjoon : Leaves house to earn money, works in gas station and lives in a trailer Seokjin : Son of rich guy ( He leaves when he is forced to snitch on others in high school for having fun and they got kicked out ) Yoongi : Pianist, His house was set on fire looses everyone so is broken. Hobi : Dancer, Mom left him when he was kid after giving him a Snickers bar ( he has abandonment issues ) Jimin : has some childhood trauma and parents leave him at hospital half his life... Taehyung : Abusive dad , Kills dad and is on run ( jumps into sea cuz of this ! ) Jungkook : tries to get all friends together... P.S I personally would like to hear more of your own career too you always talk about cool stuff !!! ( But do keep reacting to BTS )

But I think an hour long video from xceleste KZfaq channel.all of the informations from the mvs, books, the save me webtoon and other contents that tie in with the storyline are there. Yes. Find JK's first film he made and watch them in order to see his progress in movie making. Then it finishes with him actually directing the MV for "Life Goes On", a number 1 BTS Billboard Hit. JK loves movies and making them. I think he has a "good eye" for a beginner and being self taught. And I feel he is good at editing and matching the music to his films. Where did you study film? What do you do for a living now???

Them filming next to the train is because in the storyline namjoon ( the one in the beginning) lives in a shipping container in the bts universe that’s why they’re always there and that’s where the party they have is

There's another mv, the Run Japanese Ver. It doesn't have much bearing on the overall story line I think but it has the important imagery and symbols that you would see for each member. You don't really have to react to that one on cam but just a thing to take note of ^-^

I've been an army for literally 5 years and I still don't understand this era and the storyline. It's too complex for my 2 brain cells to comprehend.

Few days back I found your channel and binge watched everything. Now I am a new subscriber and I am really enjoying how you have fallen into the rabbit hole of BTS. I have been an ARMY since 2016 and I still have a hard time understanding everything BU.. Well I am not the detective army thats for sure. But I really like how you try to interpret everything.
