destinyawaitsx3 the first 4 episodes are honestly horrible up until a hallway fight scene. After that scene the show begins to pick up and actually grab it's bearings. It wasn't Finn Jones' fault the way Danny Rand ended up in the TV show it was because of how badly his character was wrote by the show runners. He did the best with what he was given. The show isn't necessarily bad it's just below what we've come to expect from marvel. In a lot of ways it's like Luke Cage except the scenario was flipped on its head. First 8-9 episodes of Luke cage are great until cotton mouth dies. After that it begins to fall apart iron fist is really boring and dull until the hallway/elevator fight.

There is some really stupid writing decisions in that show though. If you can make it past the first 4 episodes it's worth a watch.

It's not as bad as the reviews I saw claimed. It's not great, especially compared to Daredevil season 1, but it's good. My ratings are as follows, what I liked most to what I liked least Daredevil season 1. Jessica Jones season 1. Daredevil season 2. Iron Fist season 1. Luke Cage season 1. And though Luke Cage is on the bottom, I still enjoyed it. I just felt its back half was really weak compared to how strong it started.

Iron Fist was bloody awful but it wasn't the actor fault. the script, fight sequences and how the show was directed was shit.

Mike E That was what happened in the comics. In the mcu the accords were just about the avengers and making them only able to fight if the un sanctions it.

I read some where that Defenders might make a cameo appearance in Avengers Infinity War and I also remember some referencing to the destruction of New York by the aliens in Jessica Jones, so that would mean Netflix Defenders are part of the same universe as the Sokovia Accords that were signed in Civil War movie, just curious.

Mike E It is unknown by the general public whether or not Daredevil has super powers - Jessica Jones seems to also be kind of a mystery, same for Iron Fist. I think there is a chance that Luke Cage was forced to register after going to prison, because his abilities and his identity became very public. It is also possible that the Defenders took place before Civil War.

I think the accords only mean the Avengers can’t get together unless the government says yes but they can do individual stuff, cuz Spider-Man is still doing stuff alone without the government so technically the Defenders aren’t violating the accords. That and the Defenders are kinda hidden, there were Rumors of them but no solid proof or anything i don’t think so the Avengers wouldn’t really care. Everything was covered up.

The accords are for superheroes that cross national borders and the defenders operate only in new york so the accords dont apply to them
