Ingredients:
400 grams of 9% cheese,
2 eggs,
150 grams of sugar,
100 ml of cream,
100 grams of flour,
8 g of baking powder,
7-10 pickled peaches
7 sheets of filo dough
Butter 40 g
To prepare a delicious casserole, you need 400 grams of cheese (cottage cheese) 9%, 2 eggs, 150 grams of sugar, mix everything thoroughly and beat with a blender and add 100 ml of cream and 100 grams of flour and baking powder, mix!
Take 7-8 sheets of FILO dough and grease it with butter (melted) and put it in a mold, also grease it with oil and spread the cheese evenly on the dough.
Cut the peaches into pieces and lay out the cheese! Bake in the oven for 45 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees until ready and sprinkle with powdered sugar!
