Very informative video. I did not know Filson changed their bag so they don't have any pen holders or slots! Can you please share links to the items you mentioned?

What size is your macbook and does it fit in the side dividers? Informative video by the way.

Hi @mannyvaldez7136. I have a Macbook Air 13" and yes- it fits in the side dividers, even with the leather sleeve I keep on it. It's definitely a little roomier in the main compartment. But nice to know it can fit in the side dividers as well.

On the Filson US website the tan, green and navy all have the same dividers yours does. On the Filson EU website the tan has a glimpse of some admin dividers but it’s not 100pc clear. Green has the same as yours. Navy doesn’t have any photos of the inside (!). Black MAYBE has an admin divider but it’s even less clear than the tan. They also have pastel blue and a pink colour with the same dividers as yours. No idea why we have more colours and more dividers. I’m guessing it’s older stock that wouldn’t sell in the US that they shipped over to Europe.

That's interesting... Yes- maybe it's older stock. Or maybe they've haven't swapped out the pictures yet. I still love my Filson Original Briefcase. But I feel I'd love it even more if it had the old Admin features. Thanks for the feedback!

Old pictures are possible, yeah. I’ve emailed them for some clarification. I’d prefer the green but I also like the tan and if it has more dividers that would swing it to the tan. It’s a lot of money to spend and be unsure. I’ve asked if they can send clearer pictures but I doubt they will. A problem with Filson across both sites and many, many products (particularly the bags) there just aren’t enough photos. Like wallets and bags you can’t see inside. PS: Forgot to say in the first comment it’s a really informative video and I appreciate you making it, thanks!

It's holding up great! The bridle leather handles and shoulder strap are getting softer. No marks or scuffs yet. It's a joy to take to work and travel with. I will certainly do an update video on it. Thanks for asking.

Hi @@JustinSpeer, just watched @0LAF2046 review of the 2023 version of the filson's briefcase. do you also have quality issue with the bag ? I'm considering purchasing a filson briefcase but I'm quite worry now tbh

Hi@@sydniemerrick2353. No- I haven't had any quality issues so far. Very thankful. I just ran into another guy while I was getting my car's oil changed, and he had a Filson briefcase that he's had for 20 years. It looked amazing. I'm crossing my fingers I can get 20 years out of the one I have... They look better with age!

@@JustinSpeer Hey Justin, piggybacking this update comment. If you wear it crossbody, is the weight evenly distributed across your body, or is it more like a shoulder bag? I'm interested in a bag like this to migrate away from my backpack for work., but afraid that it'll do long term damage if uneven weight distribution. Also hoping it can fit my lunch ahaha. Cheers

I've found that it's pretty evenly distributed. I always wear it crossbody. I take it to work usually 3 days a week. Thanks. Cheers!
