Hello Goms, Please can you advise how best to make this work, it is using the auto-fill function, I have tried a few steps but still not getting it correctly. Can you advise or show code samples? Part 1 First - New field in the Job Task Table Name: Default Line Type Properties: Copy from the Job Line Type in the purchase line however it should be as follows: Type: Option Option values: Blank, Budget, Billable, Both Budget and Billable (do not type it important to copy and paste it pls as it has to be exactly the same); I have completed the first part but am unsure how to complete the second. Part 2 In the Purchase Line table when choosing Job Task No. i.e. On Validate do as follows: Go to the Job Task table Filter by Job No. and Job Task No. (from the Purchase Line) Get the Default Line Type Go back to the purchase line Fill in Job Line Type with the value in JobTaskTable.Default Line Type

@@gomstechtalks Just a quick update, part 1 is no longer required since Job Line Type already exists in Jobs and Purchase Invoice, the challenge now is getting the Field Job Line Type to populate after the validation of Job Task No.; Thank you for your help in anticipation.
